ITASCS, polo italiano di eccellenza nella performance umana e nello strength & conditioning, lancia nel 2026 la prima edizione del Master privato in Performance Leadership & Coaching (PLCS®), rivolto a laureati in Scienze Motorie, Psicologia, Fisioterapia, Medicina e professionisti dell’alta performance sportiva e tattico–operativa.
Il Master PLCS® è un percorso evidence based di 6 mesi, con lezioni teoriche online e attività applicative guidate da docenti ed esperti di performance, leadership e gestione di team complessi. Il programma integra modelli internazionali di leadership e coaching con l’esperienza operativa maturata negli staff di alto livello.
Il performance coaching sportivo rappresenta oggi una delle aree chiave nello sviluppo della performance nei contesti sportivi moderni.
Come funziona il Master in Performance Coaching Sportivo
Durante il percorso di performance coaching sportivo, i partecipanti svolgeranno studio guidato, esercitazioni e un project work finale su un contesto reale, con il supporto dello staff ITASCS per applicare concretamente i modelli appresi nei propri ambienti professionali.
Al termine del Master i corsisti avranno sviluppato competenze per facilitare la performance collettiva, migliorando relazioni, processi decisionali e cultura della performance all’interno di staff multidisciplinari.

What is Performance Coaching in Sport
ITASCS, a leading Italian hub for human performance and strength & conditioning, is launching in 2026 the first edition of the private Master in Performance Leadership & Coaching (PLCS®). The programme is designed for graduates in Sport Science, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Medicine and professionals working in elite sport and tactical–operational environments.
The PLCS® Master is a 6-month evidence-based programme combining international leadership and coaching models with field experience developed within high-level performance staff. The course is delivered through online lectures and applied learning led by experts in performance, communication and team management.
Performance coaching in sport today represents one of the key areas in the development of performance within modern sporting environments.
How the Master in Performance Coaching in Sport Works
During the performance coaching in sport programme, participants will complete guided study, guided study, practical activities and a final project work based on a real context, with continuous support from the ITASCS staff to apply the models within their own professional environments.
